I got lost,

And landed somewhere unfamiliar.

It was a place so beautiful,

With flower blossoms on the sidewalk,

And greenery all around.

I wanted to stop there,

I wanted to stay.

I knew once I left,

I would never feel this again.

But I still left it.

Because I knew,

It wouldn’t look appealing for long.

I could leave, I could stay,

But life still goes on.
