Failure

Wasn't the formula easy,
Its plastic eyes make me think.
Its threaded smile just adds to my misery.
It seems pretty innocent,
Maybe my mind is making up things,
But somehow I feel worse
By looking at this sweet Teddy.
Well I can't see its application in the problem,
I tell it straight up.
I can still see its empty grin,
Smiling at my incompetence.
'It's just a setback.', they said,
'You'll have to power through it.'
How do I do that
If I question my skills
Everytime a minor failure sets in?
How will I apply this formula to all my equations?
How will I find happiness during every problem?
